Return & Exchange Policy – Skibo Egypt

At Skibo Egypt, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it under the following conditions:

     Items can be returned or exchanged             within 14 days of purchase.

1. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all packaging and tags intact.
2. Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.
3. Returns are not accepted for customized or clearance items.
4. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
5. Delivery and shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. For damaged or defective items, please contact us immediately to arrange a replacement or refund.

We may update this Return Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
